Breeding Report: Aphyosemion elberti elberti
Location code: Diang
Water conditions: Moderately soft and acidic, 16-19oC
Spawning Method: Spawning Mops
Breeding problems: Poor egg production
Sex ratio: Roughly equal
Breeding difficulty: Difficult
Success: Fairly successful
Other Comments: The various populations of elberti vary in their ease of keeping. Diang seems to like stability - it can breed at 18 or at 23, but it doesn't seem to do well when the temperature moves a lot. It also likes subdued lighting, and tends to eat eggs it can find (check mops often).

Stillwater, Minnesota, 550**, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Two pair Aphyosemion australe- albino A new, albino australe appeared a couple of years ago, but they had some issues. These are not available elsewhere, nor are any other albinos afaik. (I am very careful, for now, with what photos I publish of them so I apologize there are not more or better ones here )
Albino means lacking melanin, so no black or ... more
