Other Comments: It is one of the most colorful rivulus despite all of the photos you see. Heavy top spawner all eggs will be layed within 1/2 inch of waters surface. Fast growth difficult to sex until 4 months when coloration becomes a factor. both sexs carry a rivulus spot until 4 months. EXTREMELY AGILE JUMPER BE CAREFUL.

Other Comments: This should be listed as a good beginner fish because it is very easy to breed does not require specific water parameters but it does best it more acid waters .I feed them permanently on live food; blood worms ,mosquito larva ,black worms and ants. They tend not to cannibalise on their fry once they are well fed. They take roughly 5-7 months before they start to breed and the best spawning method to use for them is live plants or spawning mops.
